I think you can have up to something like 3 layers of shingles insist on an estimate for having the shingles removed(more labor) and disposed of(again, more labor about the roofing paper that they put between....
It is a pretty common practice.

I only have this one my left shoulder it isnt flea/gnat bites because they dont itch just really sore and stingy..
