I recently read the great article by Fred Brooks, "No Silver Bullet".
He argues that there hasn't been a silver bullet that made software devlopment remarkably easier and that there never will be one.
His argument is very convincing and I certainly agree...

I've tried the Import/Export wizard, but there is no XML driver under the Data source drop down. Is there a way to import XML data into SQL Express without writing an app to do it explicitly?

Here is what it looks like now except for the addition of RZR S flares put on 2 weeks ago.
I have ordered a hard top, 27" Big Horns, 2" wheel spacers, and this, a 2011 body kit.
I guess I will have to change the name from Silver Bullet to something else...

So you went from a T4 to a T3 turbo? I can see where this would allow things to spool-up quicker but what happens to exhaust manifold pressure? And EGT's for that matter? Did... .
