With only one Silversea cruise I can't say whether or not that's typical. Our silver box arrived about eight weeks before the cruise. Took our first Silversea cruise in March and absolutely loved it.

I had sailed twice on Silversea before I took my 1st Crystal cruise. It would know. On Silversea, and based on what you have listed, I would recommend booking this cruise.
