To really lower body fat for the input so far guys.
Am I doing it right? Are you eating a surplus or at a deficit? Showing your food log would help .

Find out your basic metabolic rate, multiply that by activity level, moderate fat and low/moderate carbs from sources such as oats brown rice etc.

Don't let the scale simply be single digit....

Whats the best Macro set up for fat loss while in a calorie deficit? I was thinking maybe 40-Protein,40-carbs,20-fat? Or does it not matter as long as the protein macro is high?

There's no magic ratio for fat loss, much depends on your own body's way of handling the food and how much UD 2.0 after my current cutting program to drop down into the single digit BF% for the summer.
