Keep at it! good job...breaking into the single digits is the hardest part stage of cutting which is the part that gets really hard and fat loss is minimal.

My abs are pretty defined but i want the middle to be cut too. Is it just water most likely or do i need more mass there sorry no new pics the one now is kind of old. How do i get that cut?

Find out your basic metabolic rate, multiply that by activity level, moderate fat and low/moderate carbs from sources such as oats brown rice etc.
To single digits properly.

Ok My goal is simple single digit body fat by August.
Please consider my pictures and should I really be concerned so much about the number like aiming to get to 180lbs or less? or just look at the mirror and track progress?

Whats the best Macro set up for fat loss while in a calorie deficit? I was thinking maybe 40-Protein,40-carbs,20-fat? Or does it not matter as long as the protein macro is high?
