Thought it'd be interesting to see feedback on what people would say is the single best supplement they have used that aided, along with training and proper diet, in lean mass gains and body composition change.

I know that one of the major complaints about Regent is the high single supplements. I just received an e-mail from Silversea listing seven cruises that have single supplements as low as 5 percent. I then went to the Silversea Web site for more information...

Checked last? Hopefully these single incentives will return to Regent one of these days.
The cruises listed do not necessarily have a low single supplement, unfortunately.

I was wondering if anyone would have a best guess about this question before I start calling my travel agent. Due to vacation time conflicts, I may be traveling alone this year. A cruises that I was looking at (Carribean) is discounted...

It can't hurt to ask! I have noticed that SS has done away with posting the single supplement every single sailing I'm interested in to see what the supplement is, instead of knowing of a reasonable single supplement....
