I would call that "beginning linear exercises.
Thats more of just an exercise based on singles doubles and paradiddles than a specific rudiment You are right, but it is still a fun exercise.

After my next competition I am completely "renovating" how I am training. Too much maximal weights in the squat and dead lift (I wanted to get to 500lbs in this lift, but now I don't care) have rendered me slow and my second pull acceleration is beginning...

The single best exercise for size!! As title says, what do you regard as the single best exercise for gaining size for each 'bodypart'? Guess it will be some personal preferences but would be fun to see what ppl think and believe is the best way to go...

I have read a few opinions on this and exercises that generally appear are: deadlift, squat, clean and (push) press, OHP, Pullups/Chinups. I was just wondering what PL/SM have to say about this?

Depending on what you define as the "core", deadlift is among the top exercises there as well and push press seem to be the most functional exercises in terms or carryover to daily activities other exercise.
