I have both Sirius and XM. I have not taken delivery of my Overland yet, so I don't know if it specific to the Jeep. I have Sirius in my Charger SRT8 which is on par with my Suburban with XM. But then again I have been deployed for a year and maybe Sirius...

Sirius seems to suck in comparison.
XM is awesome.
Sirius, while merged corporately with XM, is not the same system, and not the same sound quality.
Chevy's have XM.
Or the radio.

While overall I prefer DirecTV's channel lineup over Dish Network's, one thing Dish has going for them is Sirius XM.
I enjoy listening to smooth jazz, and the problem with Sonic Tap's Smooth Jazz channel is that they play too many unknown artists that...

I've never subscribed to XM radio. And, this past week I got a letter from Sirius - that they're turning on my XM radio (I have the factory HK with Nav) and that I can tune in to 60 channels free for 2 weeks - Feb 1 - 14.
But - all I get is 1 demo channel...

XM/Sirius is running a special that will give you 1 year of XM at 77 dollars, that works out to be half off.

Is it Sirius itself? I know in the beginning about Sirius and XM (been a customer since 2007) is that certain stations get more bandwith allocated worse.
My Silverado with XM isn't like that.

Delphi makes both the XM and Sirius OEM Audi receivers Sirius in my B8 switches....
Neither company makes its the technology between the two is different .
It is just the particular receiver.
XM and Sirius are the same company.
