I have joined the four seasons challenge and did my 2 sets of 20 sit ups and added them to my exercise diary but it doesnt show up on my home page. Do sit ups not count or do I need to do more for them to register as exercise. I added the sit ups as strength...

I do boxing punches, sit ups, press ups etc etc, and log them all down at strength if you are going to do 30 mins of sit....

Do petite women and small framed guys (5'4" or below, 125LBS for example) have a preference to sit on the floor and/or sit indian style?
Do children prefer to sit on the floor? If so, is there a possible correlation to physical size and sitting location...

Occasionally I'll sit on a couch.
It is frequently more comfortable to sit on the floor with legs this to most chairs available to me are built to people with longer calf-length.
I'm 5'4" male (no longer petite).
