Hello Ladies- I have a little sweetheart of a girl I started sewing for- she is 8 years old but wears a size 14-16. I am having a hard time finding patterns in that size that aren't "tween" styles as she's still "girlie". Any suggestions?

Whether you choose XSD and/or Schematron depends on what you are trying to... .
So, I recommend an XML Schema approach.
DTDs are older standards as compared to XML Schemas.
You will be able to validate your XML with either an XML Schema or a DTD using C# .

I do buy patterns, and I have spent a lot more than that on a pattern when very similar stuff from several places for nothing, or draw them up custom sized in a minute or two in the USA and I just have to go to ....
