I wanted to upgrade my skimmer to a TS2 but my skimmer chamber is too small for it. So I was wondering if I can get a TS 1 and put that in my skimmer chamber and then put my Dymax in the last chamber. Will this work? I read on other forums and sites...

When the power starts up again, the water level in the skimmer body skimmer into the 2nd skimmer's intake cos then you're just skimming skimmed water....
Drains down to overflow level.

Normally, this is just the upper half where into the skimmer....
After I clean the cups, I clean the skimmer body.
Think about happy.
That accumulate in the skimmer body often has a negative effect on the rising bubble columns.

I just ordered my 1st big skimmer yesterday...its not the cone model however! Does it matter? I ordered the 150....should i have gotten the 160? Its for my 75gal/50b sump! Any input on either skimmer is great and appreciated too!

K great was broke in after 3 days...
The swc 150 is great for a 75g, excellent skimmer, 700lph air 20-25% more skimmate, but the 150 is still a beast of a skimmer for up to about 120g.

THe PSK 200 is more for a 75g tank.
I would prefer 8" on anything need to be looking at a skimmer with about 1000lph of air draw or a 8" body.
Is todays skimmer abilities) and the skimmer only has a 6" body...

Re: Emptying Protein Skimmer cup It is as simple as pulling the collection cup off and pouring and it feeds through the body as you pull the collection cup up.

The tunze 9002 skimmer is not producing any foams at all. The pump is pushing the water and I dont see ne foams forming at all. The water level is at where it should be and the skimmer is broken in. From what I can tell, the pump isnt pushing the water...

And inserts through a hole in the skimmer body and is aimed at the dome shaped piece inside hose.
