I already used Skype To Go to call regular phone phone numbers, but never to call another Skype user. I would use this to call other Skype users over the regular phone network when on the road.

I live in Canada and am having trouble understanding how to use Skype.

Everything looks to be a la carte - no set plans, which is nice.

Samsung's Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note both have 2MP front facing cameras the Android Skype app behaves though.
