I already used Skype To Go to call regular phone phone numbers, but never to call another Skype user. I would use this to call other Skype users over the regular phone network when on the road.

I live in Canada and am having trouble understanding how to use Skype.

I haven't been able to make an Skype VOIP (Skype to Skype) call with my N9 connected via a 3G connection. I have been able to do so via WiFi. Has anyone had the same issue?

I haven't ever seen an IP phone with skype protocol and SIP protocol if thats what you want.
On the one phone? You could use Skype SIP connect so there would be two SIP accounts.
