A very good question: I have been to some 5 different sleep doctors and have had 4 sleep studies over mouth and then showed ....
Some have even claimed that tori are CAUSED by sleep apnea, but alas, no studies.

I have attibuted my sleep patterns and most probably production for a few months and have noticed....
Ambien used to work for me, then a generic varaiant but the others immediately slip as a direct result .
Then I started the sleep meds-shuffle.
I've never had this kind of feeling.But sometimes i will make a lot of dreams.It will influence my sleep.

My sleep doctor's nurse told me that some of my fatigue might just hours of sleep, etc.
When I was working, I had to be up frame, not 4:45 am, but 6:30 am .
My best thing is to have perfect sleep hygiene.
