As per my point of view sleeping is the best way to reduce the stress and if you are not sleep well of not sleep well..

Establish a regular bedtime Drink warm milk.
Try this steps:before go to bed room.

I have sleep apnea....
The doctor had me on Ambien for a few years on the computer .
I usually wake up every hour or so.
I don't get more than 4 hours of sleep a night and that is interrupted sleep.
I have them and you get used to them.

I agree it helps you sleep better, why not? I read myself to sleep with the e-reader much like I used the nights you could sleep ....
