Tylenol is pregnancy safe and the ingredient that makes you sleepy is the same as brnedryl which is also safe .
Almost every day because I work nights.
I take tylenol pm.

I think sleep testing should be part of preventive medicine for both children and adults. I've had pediatric patients that were on meds for reflux, adhd, and congestion when they really had sleep apnea.

Ya, there's not something that makes it magically okay to take when your sick, my only advice against it is that you can become dependent on it and have trouble sleeping when you don't have it..
