So now that Sleep is a possible fellowship option for FP's, how realistic is it to get into a sleep

Is it harmful to have medicine for tension or sleep.I guess it is not good but need your thoughts
too.
I know many people take pills to sleep because they can not sleep without it.

Get to sleep, it makes me very, very hungry and I want to eat anything at all that's in the kitchen
and herbs and melatonin but they didn't do enough to get me to sleep.

Something's been bugging me for quite a while, and that is that I haven't been able to sleep
to be asleep though).
I've been struggling to sleep and sleep well, but I don't know what to do. =|
eyes are hurting from lack of sleep, it prevents me from falling asleep so I'll have to talk Tylenol
