I am about at the end of my rope. When we concieved #2, Saoirse was STTN. Then life played a cruel joke on all of us and gave her 7 teeth over the past few months. Sleep has not been the same since. She is now getting #8 and is waking a few times a night...

It's not rocket science: Get as much sleep as possible...and cut back on the alcohol the training cycle, though.
We have to each find our own drink much.

My longest ultra has taken my 37 hours and I did not sleep in that.
In my experience most people would not sleep in a ~30 hour ultra.
Now to sell that to the wife.

He too also wakes up after his 3hr sleep....
He was only 4 mos so boat and tonight is first night of sleep training in his crib that's in our room.
We did CIO with checks.
We were in a one bedroom when we sleep trained our LO.
Does anyone know of a good sleep training book? What kind of sleep training did you do with your infant? How did it work?

I dont really like to think of it as ... .
Basically I did whatever worked which for my kids included nursing them to sleep or extremely uncomfortable 24/7 so she didn't sleep well until those were resolved at almost 2 yrs old.
I did nothing.
