I feel like I haven't had a good night's sleep in 4 years! Every night, either Snickers or Baxter will wake us up to go potty. It's a rarity that they will sleep through the night. Am I alone in this?

Not first timer - just a question "sleep the night before sailing"
Curious as to how odd I am in regards to others.
We've only been cruising for 5yrs and the night before every cruise I get roughly 3-4hrs sleep at most.

What helps you sleep through the night? Every time I lay down my stomach stops working. Most nights I stay up to 2 am waiting for my stomach to empty, sleep 2 hours, wake up at 4 am and stay up to 6 or 8 am waiting for things to move. Then I can sleep...

I don't take it every night, but it does help the nights I do take it.
And, if I can't sleep I become a basket case to my meds.
Find something that works I will stay awake all night.

So, is it just me or what !
If I'm teeing off at 7am or 8am on a nice brisk morning, I can NEVER have a good nights sleep the night before. Max I'll sleep is like 2 or 3 hours. Purely because I'm excited about getting out early and playing !!!

I get anywhere from 4 to 9 hours of sleep a night, with an average of probably around 7 hours.
