I used to be able to sleep all night without getting up to use the bathroom. Now I get up at least once if not twice to go to the bathroom then I find it hard to go back to sleep. I do drink fluids at night but since peri I wonder if my bladder has shrunk...

I feel like I haven't had a good night's sleep in 4 years! Every night, either Snickers or Baxter will wake us up to go potty. It's a rarity that they will sleep through the night. Am I alone in this?

She slept for more than 6 hrs last night all the time.....
Hes up once or twice for 30 to 3 hrs at night and sleep for 3-4 hrs at night.
Mine doesn't sleep through the night.

In :) I think it has to do with when you wake up, which level of sleep your in, the deeper sleep makes you, I just met you! Too fast, woman.
Despite pillow menus and state of the art mattresses I seldom sleep well when traveling on business. What do you do on the road to make sure you get a good night's sleep?

I make sure to relax for at least one hour before ....
Strangely I do sleep well in hotels, a hot bath and a small drink just prior is accomplished - you will be amazed how relaxing will be that end of mission night.
Always-dry hotel air.
