I am making sloppy joes for dinner tonite. I plan on frying the meat up first around 1:30pm then putting the meat in the slow cooker with White cooking whine and some sloppy joe seasoning and sauce until dinner time which is usually 5:30 Central time....

I have been searching for a recipe for a sloppy joe style we used to get in Northern Minnesota. They were called Homemade South American sandwich. A spicy ethnic version of a sloppy joe.

OMG...These are amazing!! I never liked Sloppy Joes growing up (why ruin a good burger in my book) but I thought I'd give these a whirl and I was blown away. DH LOVED them, these will be making part of our rotation for sure!
