On a smaller ship though its not nearly as much of a walk to get outside nor as many people... .
We always have a balcony on Azamara as the insides and oceanviews are too small, in my ships, I prefer having a balcony.

Towels are better and we quite like the flowers and sparkling wine when we view as you might have in a cat .
You really do notice the bigger cabin and the nicer furniture on your balcony.
It a small price to pay for Concierge perks.

Magic Cove or Vista Balcony

Can't decide between Lido balcony on Lido deck (2 insides, 1 balcony), but on the Magic in June no insides for double so we book it.
We have had a Panorama balcony 3 times & we loved the location.

Only place....
It actually works out to be cheaper than booking a balcony for the 4 of us and we have privacy and 2 bathrooms.
There were 4 of us so we had to use the upper inside staterooms .
We had a roll away bed in a Baja balcony stateroom.
