Re: Los Corales - What is the best way to distribute any gifts that you bring. If you have any clothes is it best to leave it for the maid or can you give them out to other workers on the property? Or are they only looking for small items and not clothing...

We left some for the maid, gave.
Dress jewelery for the kids outside the hotel in the towns, oh boy their faces when given the gifts just came back from there, and you can give gifts any way you want.

What is the consensus on this? Is it rude to have a party and ask "no gifts please" or is it okay? (knowing it's never okay to assume a gift will be given?)
