I just came across an idea in The Structure And Interpretation of Computer Programs where it’s being phrased as “Data is just dumb code, and code is just smart data” .
I fail to understand what it means? Can some one help me to understand it better?

This is something you should come to understand from writing in a compiler .
One are pretty dumb data.
The more dumb the code can be, until it starts to look like data with no smarts at all.

The View is super dumb: it knows nothing of the BL.
The Model classes are dumb and do not contain Update, Write, or Delete logic, and are generated to the Binding class object created in the VM.

If the upper plug is on the side, I suspect that is the fill line .
Is there one or two plugs on the gearbox? one to drain (at the bottom) and one to fill (on the side towards the top) .
