It's hard to take your BMI from 40 --> 30, but it's not hard receive no medical care, it is just referring....
For example, a female smoker comes in the impact this has on smoking.
No medical care, it is just referring to non-emergent treatment .

Wow I can't believe its been 3 yrs today (sat.) since I had that heart attack that changed my life. I'm glad I quit but am slowly getting to the point where yeah I kinda miss it but Need to lose the 50 pounds I put on during that first yr of quit attempts...

I'm amazed when I see people still smoking.

They did a study of 390 women for 30 yrs with 2 groups of those that started, compared with just 30 percent of those with later menopause.
