Do you smoke and drink or do one or the other?
I have never smoked in my life (not even in highschool) and I only drank when I turned 21 and went out for a few months after I turned 21. I did not like the feeling when I drank so i just said that is enough...

I drank a lot until I was 22 and I quit smoking completely, on occasion, maybe 2 or 3 times a month....
I was borderline alcoholic at age 18.
I drink an occasional beer at home or at a microbrewery .
I quit smoking several (8 or 9) years ago.

It's irrelevant.I used to smoke,not a big deal.Unfortunately I had to quit because No whatever they do to thier bodies is up to them.

Everyone says I'm weird for this, but I really enjoy smoking by myself or just my girlfriend over a bunch of people. It feels like they always blow my high.

Quitting Smoking
So easy.
I do it all the time.
I am a social smoker, a drinking smoker, a stressed out smoker.
If someone asks me if I want to go outside and have a smoke with them, I rarely turn them down.
I also rarely exceed 5/week.
