This is an at least daily occurrence. She sits in her garage with the door open smoking pot. Usually in her pajamas. We live in Colorado and she evidently has a medical marijuana license, so this is completely legal. Don't get me wrong, I am cool with...

Has anyone been through the experience of quitting smoking both cigarettes and pot at the same time? A daily user of about 10 years for both, i quit smoking pot 2-3 months ago, I didn't ever record when I officially did, but I then quit smoking cigarettes...

Does anyone use the netti pot before diving? I've heard a few guys talking about it as part of their pre dive rituals. I don't go over 30 ft so I don't know if doing a netti pot would have any benefits at that depth.

The pot sounds like a good idea.
Netty pot so read up and make sure your environment is healthy so you don't cause an issue at first.
