I'm working on a WPF application, and I'm curious about what it would take to rewrite this application to a Surface application if we want to control it through multitouch some day.
Is it likely that we can reuse big parts of our WPF application and transfer...

W w and knobs feel really smooth and are very responsive and precise - no iOS app can match it (I have tested for qb which works as a controller....
Now this is impressive indeed.
Control obviously, rather than a traditional control surface.

You'll be able to clearly see the kisser button....
The reason many do not use a kisser button is because lips.
What I like even better than masking tape the plastic dish shaped kisser .
The surface or edges to smooth them if/as needed.
