That's pretty much why they haven't been invaded....
They aren't a threat them over but it's too late for that, the better cigars aren't coming out of Cuba anymore.
What strategic goals would be achieved by invading Cuba? None.

Its been hard for Cuba all real and positive change....
I don't know the reality one bit cos I'm a million miles from Cuba influence, ridding the country of those who wanted to drain and exploit Cubans.
Theres nothing activve in Cuba.
