I am feeling markedly better since I began the 5 gms/day Lypo-spheric Vit C. Is there a benefit to adding, and here's where I'm somewhat confused, AA and/or Na Ascorbate? Possibly a synergistic effect?
Now if I can just titrate off the Xanax and Ritalin...

According to Cathcart, the ability to squelch an addtional free radical per ascorbate molecule makes the AA form more.
Good news!
If you can tolerate AA - take it (Lypo-C is sodium ascorbate).

Guess I will be sticking with Prime The least expensive dechlorinator out there is straight Sodium Thiosulfate.

These are things that you should (and do, minimally if ill/malnourished, impugning one or the other form of ascorbate seems to me to throw a spanner in the works of random people trying to decide what form of ascorbate....
