I just bought Sony Bravia KDL40S5100 tv. The VGA input is acting weird. I have a Gateway desktop with Windows 7 and Intel 945 graphics. I also have a laptop running Ubuntu 9.04.
The TV will not display the gateway when the resolution is over 1360x768,...

Sony had issues a while back where they did not allow you to assign - that will make the Bravia sync bit redundant? I wouldn't use HDMI CEC e.g.

With Sony Bravia TVs, specifically the KDL40EX503, can you use any USB Wireless adapter, or do you have to use a specific Sony one? I have heard the Sony ones are quite expensive.
Is there any other alternatives?
