How do I get my pictures from my sony memory stick pro duo 2gb magicgate to my windows 7 laptop. My camera is a sony handycam that takes videos and pictures and has a usb cord to it and a memory stick that i can put into my laptop.

You can also probably use the USB cable, but you need to check on the Sony website to see.
Be surprised if your laptop has a memory stick slot, unless it's a Sony, most have slots for SD cards.

My Sony A33 overheats when I am taking still pictures in warm weather.
Today after taking 250 pics in 30 minutes, ambient temperature 80
degrees, camera overheated.
Has this problem been fixed in the A57? Still pics only; I don't use

Put that USB cable away somewhere and....
Are the photos on the camera's internal memory or on a memory card (SD, CF, whatever)?
If they're on a card then get a card reader that goes in the camera's USB port and take the card out of the camera to read it .
