Try a saline rinse after feeding (boil, my cracked and bleeding nipples....
Walk around the house with your nipples exposed.
My nipples were really cracked and soreAir dry.
Every other feeding, alternating with lanolin the other times.

A lot of the time you have to deal nipples and they will not ....
Nipples generally do toughen up over time...
They use this stuff for chapped cow utters so you know its gotta be good of nipples out.

I've been exclusively pumping for a few weeks now due to a staph infection. I took antibiotics for 7 days. My nipples look better but they are still very sore to the touch. Now I don't know if it's from a bad latch, the infection or the pump.
