I'm a male and a nike noob, went for my 1st long warm weather ride yesterday, wearing a cheap nashbar jersey - my first ride not wearing a jacket. About an hour in, noticed my nipples were hurting!
What gives? Is this due to my cheap, somewhat scratchy...

Never had an issue with any jersey (or bibs) and sore nipples LOL Gism....Ok...but I'm to pump milk when the babies are too sick to nurse...so i deal with sore nipples all the time...I'm telling ya'...lanolin cream....

Also, if your nipples were damaged.
nipples still really sore after each feed, although I have than normal blood loss, both of which can predispose to thrush.

Also if you are rubbing them to see if they are still tender, STOP! This will only increase the sensitvity .
This shold take care of it.
Or you may want to go to .5mg every other day .
Increase your arimidex dosage to 1mg two to three times a week .
