If you really want to know, get the baseline usage, go turn on heater,....
My answer is an upper limit, assuming the heater is constantly on, and not cycling due is set high, and the room is very draughty or too big for the heater.

All the electricity you put into a space heater comes out as heat, unless that space as a 1500W electric space heater that runs rougly 5 minutes out of each hour.
