I have a large CSV with a list of words from a spanish dictionary.
I wish to take each one and put them in a collection belonging to the letter they are in.
i.e abertura goes in A
However, spanish vowels can have accents in them like the world "ácido"...

I bought the Kindle edition of "Merriam-Webster's Spanish-English Translation Dictionary" at Amazon to me the touch capabilities would make reading spanish that much easier when using the dictionary a translation dictionary....

I often use Spanish words or phrases in Word 2007 and it causes the default dictionary to switch to Spanish.
Can that be prevented?
