Recipes from Paraguay for my Spanish class? im doing a project and i need a simple but tasty recipe, no soup. i found one called Bori-Bori its a dumpling soup buts its complicated, a dessert would be ok to.

It's a little different.
....although i guess that is pretty much what you described.. .
Fillets skin down with a little olive oil, lemon pepper and salt on the grill has always worked for me! topped with a little cilantro .
