What is the proper term for an animal that has NOT been spayed or neutered? I'm filling out a job application for a pet store and I would like to know if there is a proper word for a non-spayed/neutered animal, so that I can give a thorough background...

Un-spayed and un-neutered dogs have become much calmer and....
When getting any dog you should have it spayed or neutered anyway unless you plan to breed from it, regardless of the effects on behaviour.
