Speech therapy. 4 year old can't pronounce R Hi there It's very cute now of course but I think it is probably time to get the problem sorted as she us starting primary in September and I don't want it to affect her in the future. Both times we were told her by the assesors that a few weeks of group speech therapy sorts out the R sound. I had my dd assesed for speech therapy at age 4 and again at age 5.5.

1st Day of Out-Patient Speech Therapy Mom is starting speech again today, this time outside the house. I hope she cooperates. I had a "pep talk" the other day. She said she was doing fine and didn't want to go. That really made me angry. So hopefully this will be a good day. It would be nice... I even let him skip speech the last few times, because our therapist is away. This therapist came at mom a whole different way, didn't frustrate need therapy anymore. Week's speech therapy went real well.

He has been going to speech therapy for about 3 months now time to develop on his own but speech therapy is never a bad option. Two and can only yell and say maaaa.

North Shore Speech Therapy , Chatswood 2067 I didnt realise speech therapists worked with reading and spelling. Now I am so glad that I brought my daughter to North Shore Speech Therapy. Her reading has gone up 4 levels in a really short time. Experiences with speech therapy I have asked our PHN for a referral letter for a speech therapist for ds. He has about ten words and refuses to use them. I'm not worried or anything just want to get him some help. Has anyone got any experience with speech therapy? I would like to know...
