Speeding Ticket

Federal PO, maybe I came off a little unrepentant or as someone who is trying to sneak through Probation or trying to downplay an incident. The truth is that I am pretty scared and in my heart, I want it to be no big deal because I'm afraid of what will happen. Since I wasn't even speeding when I got the ticket, it is even more frustrating because I'm sure the PO will probably think I'm lying even if I explain it to him. I had a great relationship with my Pre-trial PO and I hope to have the same with my Probation PO. I've spoken to my Probation PO once and he seems like a good guy, he was very cordial and friendly. I appreciate your advice, I was just reaching out trying to get advice because I'm pretty intimidated by this whole process and I'm afraid of letting people down. I have never seen an increase in my rates from getting one. I don't see how they could raise your rates, actually, since rates are tied to drivers and the speed camera tickets are just sent to the registered owner of the car? source

For precisely that reason, I always wear my kilt when I'm driving! However, so far anyway, it has not helped in the least. Is this because I'm wearing the wrong tartan, or is it just because we don't have enough lady cops in these parts? Geezer has pretty good legs, so I doubt if that has much to do with it. source

Only in america actually - Friends hove got away with in a few times in America - but in Ireland it doesn't work at all. They take it really seriously and give you those penalty points. The only time I got away with it was because I was genuinly going to a funeral. source

So, I have not gotten a clear answer about if you have 1 speeding ticket in 5 years... Does that make the sales candidate ineligible for hire? source
