Hi All,
Are there multiple speedo gears available for an 1997 DOHC AT?
Will 215/45/17 tires fit on a Neon?
I have a set of 17x7 +35 wheels that I would like to put 215/45/17 tires on (stock height). It would be nice to have a little more ride comfort ...

So my 91 has the electronic speedometer and I would like to swap gears. My problem is besides buying an expensive Dakota box do I have any other options?
I thought I read somewhere that you can change out the reluctor ring to recalibrate the signal to...

The VSS has a driven gear.
It has a drive gear just like a car with mechanical speedo.
Ring on the output shaft.

So i am getting a vino soon!
and am going to have a stage6 street race bbk on it and put a dellorto 17.5 carb on it then obviously gears and variator and the tranny works.
my question is,
the vino50 speedo only goes up to 40mph or so

they are basicallly the same size, style pro handlebars, ncy handlebar mount, acewell 1500 speedo, 84 main jet, needle from an '05 carb are wrong anyway, I bet a 1....

Is the speedo gear clip suppose to have the open end toward the cable or away from it? It clips on either way.

Okay, I will admit that math was never my strong suit. I mean I can barely add, and trying to figure out effect of tire size and gearing changes on speedometer readout is KILLING me.
Here's where I start: an '83 60 speedometer assumes stock 235/75R15 ...

The speedo is very close just off a little shop and they will make you a correction....
HID's, OME , Trail-Gear Sliders, Rear Lock-Right, 33x10.5 BFG A/T's on 15x8 Eagle 058's I have that exact setup - after abt 55MPH add 3pmh to compensate.

Im in need of new speedo drive gears in my gearbox, its a 1900 box and will be using 15" wheels, i currently have the red drive gear in there but my speedo over reads by about 10mph does any one know which 2 gears i need thanks

Strangely I've just got back from taking the engine out of my car and splitting the box, also to change the speedo cog's have a red pinion and a white cog on the diff....
Pretty sure you need the black cyclinder cog thing and black drive gear.
