Hello. I'm quite new to PvP'ing on my priest and I'm working on getting more PvP gear. I play as disc and I just have one gearing question. Should I buy the spell pen cloak or the spirit cloak? I'm new to all of this, so please pardon my noob question...

Spell pen is essential in PVP.
Get the spell pen cloak or neck.

Sweet ty guys what is the cap....
Either item will cap you on spell pen.
For spell pen just grab the cloak or the necklace, depending on which stat you like better haste or mastery.
Only if you plan to pvp, its worthless in PvE .

So far my only disappointment with the final rules is the formatting of the spells. I really liked the way the sample spell (flaming hands) was released. It is contained to one page with no other spells on it and even had a nice piece of art.
It would...

It would have been nice if different spell descriptions and those first couple of spell levels and those only to help sell them on the system.
I was a bit disappointed with spell formatting.

You'd gain a bit more sp and spell pen feats....
For the purposes of spell pen, you're definetely on the right track, although I'm not sure how much spell pen you'd need exactly to take down epic drow.
Definitely.

Kind of fountain pen? Interesting - I've only read one or two short stories by him, but I like his with a fountain pen! This only raises my esteem of him.

I'm wondering how many writers use pen names and what the pros and cons of doing so might be. Certainly it seems natural to associate one's work with one's ordinary name. Yet I know some writers do use pen names. Why?

I think I'd like with children.
It's also probably hard for them to remember.
My real name is a bit hard for most English-speaking people to pronounce and spell.
If I ever get published, I will use a pen name.

An ugly truth about pen blanks I recently bought a nice pen blank. Now, I don't do a lot of pen making - maybe 3-4 a year for gifts and such. I never really made the mistake of examining the cost of producing these pens, because as gifts, I was content...
