The nurse said anywhere between 5-10 million is ideal.
MH had 20 million which they said "is great" so I feel better about only doing one this time. We're going to have sex tonight too since theyr suggested it. Only 16 more days till beta....

In many cases (as in mine) cryptorchidism was the reason for my oligospermia and also lead to cancer .
4 months is vey small interval.
Years to recheck your sperm counts.
