Im thinking of crossing over to a sport bike. I sure do love my Harley, but man do I love scraping pegs and flying around corners more. My sportster just scares me half the time because I am pushing it way beyond the limits of the bike or getting damn...

Totally different style riding...i had sport bike in my younger years...yes, fun, fast, etc of miles....
I hhad a ST1300...great commuter bike, and really bike.
The twisties, giving little away to most sport riders.

I would like to get a GS Adventure eventually but until then I have been riding an 87 K100RT since last spring.
It is not the most glamourous of bikes but so far I have enjoyed its power and reliability. It definitely throws a lot of heat in the summer...

Fuck... I just rode my SS nearly 600 miles in a little over 24 hours packed with bags, didnt spend a fortune on gas and felt just fine when I got to my destination. I should have read that post first and not bothered.

I'm more comfortable on a bike with high pegs and clipons than I am on an upright bike.
I bought a bike, if they don't, cool My bike isn't a Supersport and it gets shitty gas mileage.
