Also, to me.. 10-11mph seems like near-flight!! In todays run/treadmill I had the pace set at 4.1 to 5.3 depending on if i was walking or jogging..

You can enter just one, two , or all three sports at one time - you get to take a five mile run in....
Then, depending on what your defaults are set, you will see either your blog page or calendar or whatever get the swim, bike, run page.
