I have a 1969 GTO convertible with new springs and shocks. Can anyone tell me how much the spring will settle and how long does it take.

Fresh from paint after some miles My 69 has new springs and shocks all the way around....
They sit a bit high to begin with, i did not measure curb height when i put springs and motor high in the front with stock springs from the factory.
Spring settle in? So i did my koni install last weekend, and put the front springs on the lower perch, but my ride height looks the same height as before. How long does it usually take some springs to settle in? My ground to front fender measures 27 1...

If you switch to lowering spring depending on the miles on your stock springs switch to lowering spring....
You might give the heater hose mod a try 100,000 miles .
springs, they're not going to "settle" very much anyway.
Wheel Alignment: Before or After settle? Is it better to do a wheel alignment before the springs settle or after? I heard someone say it was better to do it before, and some said the exact opposite. Not having any luck with the search button.

Extends quickly but does not settle....
But that is the general operation of a 90/10.
I have them in mine.
I found that he front springs will help it settle a little.
After that i video the car and started finding the little things .
Just had a set of 30mm lowering springs fitted to my car and tbh i cant barely see a difference? Does it take time for them to settle? Or will i needto get even lower springs? Cheers

The springs, springs are there for a reason, clipping them wont break it but they are there for a reason.
No, he could not have broken the neck, and probably not the strings .
Is there any other springs that will fit the rear of my trooper? Want coils spacers or lift spring to lift my rear 2 inches.

As for lip kits, I think the A-spec looks great for 02-04 so you should look into that .

Their answer was: front 148 lbs/in rear 171 lbs/in these are....
Since the springs are progressive rate I asked them to give me the maximum rate.
Here's some more numbers for reference: I asked Vogtland what the spring rates are for the NG900.

Springs can take a few weeks to settle to there final ride height with it.
100 miles is not enough time.
I think I'll re-set the bolts and wait a couple weeks for the springs to settle.
Barley looks lowered.
