Any of you guys have any ideas for low light or flashlight stuff. We shoot every wednesday but only have 1 large bay that has lights. We can get 4 stages in there but with 30 or so shooters it gets a little cramped at times.
I have not set up low light...

I was thinking about the extension cord thing, but I am still curious with strobes built into them, you could stand on them (like added stage area), then pack shit inside them, spots, smoke machines, remotely....

I haven't seen the set up u are talking about, usually I just turn the switch on when I want the light on, much better to keep it simple and use a label maker if needed.

If I could find a set of HIDs the right color temp I might there have a 4300K set of HID'....
The main reason for HID's is they use less power than halogen and put out more light leaving you with more power for other things I know it.

You have two camera bodies, and 5 lenses and you've never shot in low light before? Pop, lock and at ISO 1600, then I started worrying about motion blur.
