Alternate Heating Systems offer a stainless steel [304] option for the steel inside the boiler. I think the stainless option is about another $1200. What is the pros and cons of stainless steel? Is it worth the extra money? Thanks

It seems that (for a number of varied reasons) when we talk about semi-auto pistols, most people will agree that Carbon Steel pistols are superior to Stainless Steel ones.
How about revolvers? In your opinion, is there a good reason to favor one material...

Nothing wrong with stainless guns, I just like blue steel revolvers (especially) better.
I can appreciate a nice polished problems.
All my steel guns are stainless or have a coating of some kind.

Help!! I need an answer! Which is better stainlee steel or the regular steel for a 1911 pistol? I have a Taurus 1911 alloy and wor it out. I shoot about 5000-8000 rds a year. I need a new pistol and at this point I'm not sure. Comments would be appreciated...

Any scratches don't bother me, much better than stainless steel....
I love my stainless steel sink.
I've always had stainless steel sinks, and never worried about scratches and no scratches.
That disinfectant wipes.

I wont recommend you to stainless steel cause you need to polish it very often i did recommend u stainless steel grill because it look nicer and u no need go and paint it..
