Stationary Bike/Stair Stepper/Treadmill (Stair stepper will be a majority) .THE STATS.
Tomorrow and doing stair stepper cardio to top it all off today appetite was up a little and even Minutes.
The stair master last night!!!! When I started at the gym I had to push myself to finish 5 minutes but last night I was able to do 45 steps/min for an entire 20 minutes. I may still be heavy but at least I am fit! Now I have to figure out my next fitness...

Nice!!! Does your gym have a cross trainer? Its a cross between a stair stepper and a elipticalnope, but WTG WTG! I read in Runners World that stair stepping is the cardio closest to running.
