I just talked to a person at Rogers about wifi. The good news is that their wifi covers the entire campground. Yay!
The bad news is that it costs 8 bucks a day. It sounds like the network is run by some other company so Rogers doesn't even deal with it...

A private company put up the antennas and equipment for the company that runs Rogers, and they deserve to get paid for their equipment and labor.
That would be stealing.
