I am so glad u decided u want to be free of the pills! Drinking lots of gaterade helped me the most during the first 4-5 days. I would really research the suboxone before u go that route. I tried it but it just had too many side effects for me so i stopped...

No offense, but if there was a magic pill out there that did actually work, doctors would prescribe calories out is the best way to go...the pills if they do work is just a quick fix once you stop gain back what you lost plus more...
