US and blood work came back good so I start estrogen tomorrow!! Go back Tuesday for another US and BW again. OMG...I can't believe it is here and this cycle is finally starting!!

A lot of product does in some degree so I have to take the pills the enzymes.
So you don't take those pills before every meal?
I find it so hard to see if something contains milk or not.
And there's very little info on it.

I stopped my pills 6 days ago & I already started my period. So hopefully I should ovulate this month? I've been off the pills before & my body regulates pretty fast.

Crazy! It's different for everyone.
Or for others it takes months.
My advice is to start charting right away so you'll know what's their pills or the month after.
An ovulatory cycle after stopping BCP.
