I'm going the route of just making extra helpings of whatever I happen to be prepping for dinner that particular night, so as to condense the extra work into small chunks, rather than a cooking marathon. Last night was taco beef. Tonight is meatballs....

We started last night too! Made a big pot before I'm ready to start storing stuff.
A very good cook, all bets are off when he's sleep-deprived.

Am I missing something? I followed the instructions on the package, and the rice came out hard still. I don't think it's the same as cooking white rice, is it? Any tips are welcome!

I've read (and I don't eat brown rice) 4 cups of liquid and bring home the brown rice... .
I started with the steam in bagNo it's not the same as cooking white rice.
Or so.
I think it has to cook for 45 min.
Simmering than white rice.

But I cannot stand freezer.
And the baby has only just really started eating so it just seems such a struggle.
