I am being told by people that they have visited my site but no hits are recorded on the statcounter. Is there an issue going on or something I am doing incorrectly? Thanks

I'm getting stats from 2 sites that are appearing on a third site. I reinstalled the statcounter code on those 2 sites and I'm still encountering the same situation. My other sites are OK. These are Wordpress sites.

Have you installed the code from one site on another? Check the page source in your browser and search for "statcounter" and see how many instances of the code their are....
You must be using the same code on different sites.

Statcounter is not very good at detecting clicks in reality.
I also see some click twice within a second are nothing to worry about .
