Check your fluid level in the transmission/gearbox.

Adjust your idle, it will save you fuel also.

How can you gauge a stationary bikes speed? I have a Schwin IC Pro and my goal is to ride 20 miles every day. How can I gauge my speed? It has no speedometers or anything like that.

The sporting goods store at the Laguna Central Mall does not sell any stationary bikes. I needed to use one because of a knee injury. Anyone willing to sell one in good condition? Or can anyone suggest a place in Guadalajara...

Are you using an actual HRM chest strap, or going by the heart rate numbers on the stationary bike on that number - which isn't necessarily what you're getting from the stationary bike numbers intensities, you might consider....
