Was wondering if anyone knows or has heard any info good or bad about the Proform Tour De France stationary bike? Is fairly new to market seems like a good product? Wanted to know more real info before making decision on purchase?

If you want a bike and want to exercise, buy a real bike.
I never recommend exercise bikes.

Watts on ergometer on stationary bike? Earlier on, I was on an ergometer. I'm young and fit and was going at a reasonable pace on an upright stationary bike. The intensity was enough to make my legs hurt and sweat. I was doing approx 75-90 revolutions...

When you say "crank away at it for an hour" do you try to max out your cadence for the whole hour or do you have set cadence that you will do for the whole hour? Does this also affect your cool down? I mean do you keep the cadence the same at 80 as you... .
