I was able to locate two letters that can be used to send to the Prosecutor (requesting discovery) and the Police Department (open records request).
On the letter to the Prosecutor it has "STATE STATUTE RELATING TO DISCOVERY" which I'm assuming I am supposed...

Is there an easy to understand difference between statute of limitations and statute or repose? They seem like a pretty similar thing.

This is 2 month old. At issue is whether or not Salgaocar could get the lawsuit by GO dismissed. The appeal was denied. So there is still hope for a settlement...interesting to read what went on behind the scenes!!
